Terms of service
Last updated: 8 April 2026
These terms of service ("Terms") govern your use of the grantgranter platform ("Service") operated by grantgranter ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using grantgranter, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
Beta service
grantgranter is currently in beta. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Features may change, be removed, or experience downtime without notice. We are working hard to make the platform reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service during the beta period.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the beta at any time. We will give reasonable notice before making changes that significantly affect your use of the Service.
Account responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must not share your sign-in credentials with anyone outside your organisation. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account or requesting access.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes related to grant writing and fundraising. You must not:
- Use the Service to generate fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive grant applications.
- Attempt to access other users' data or projects without authorisation.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Service beyond normal use.
- Use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it.
Your content
You retain ownership of all content you upload or create using the Service, including organisation profiles, project briefs, documents, and drafted answers. We do not claim ownership of your content.
You grant us a limited licence to process your content as necessary to provide the Service, including sending relevant context to AI providers for drafting features.
Intellectual property
The grantgranter platform, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property except the limited right to use the Service as intended.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, grantgranter shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. This includes, without limitation, loss of funding, lost opportunities, or damage to reputation.
AI-generated content is provided as a drafting aid. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all content before submitting it to funders.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
